Our beginning

Sometimes purpose begins in the place that already feels like home.

Some people have a way of making others feel cared for without ever asking to be noticed. They show up. They listen. They pray. They give what they can, and somehow leave a little more hope in the room than they found.

The Gathering Table grew from that kind of heart—the kind that finds joy in helping, comfort in feeding people, and purpose in making someone’s day a little lighter. Even in hard moments, there is warmth, faith, and just enough humor to help someone laugh when they may have wanted to cry.

Generosity has never been something forced or performed here. It is simply part of who this table was made by, and one of the many reasons the people gathered around it are so deeply thankful.

More than a bakeryA quiet gift, given room to grow.

This is a place where homemade food can become encouragement, kindness can become community, and faith can lead the way toward something meaningful.

From the kitchen

A little something for every kind of table.

Our menu can change with the season, but these are the homemade staples and special-order favorites we are building The Gathering Table around.

The way we make it

No shortcuts. No assembly line. Just good food made well.

We make what we can make with care. That means small batches, thoughtful timing, and honest communication about availability.

Gathering for good

A quiet act of kindness can become something much bigger.

Second Blessings gives The Gathering Table a natural place to meet neighbors while keeping everything personal, welcoming, and rooted in community.

Over time, that can grow into special bake days, seasonal fundraisers, thoughtful gift boxes, and simple ways to help people feel seen, remembered, and cared for.

Order from the table

Let’s make something worth gathering around.

Choose what you are interested in and tell us a little about the occasion. We will follow up personally to talk through flavors, timing, availability, and price before anything is finalized.

Choose a day and see what’s ready.

Tuesday is stockedOther weekdays are ready to activate later

The inventory system is built for five weekdays. For now, Tuesday is the one prepared batch day, so only Tuesday has items available to reserve. When more days are added, they will appear here without changing the ordering flow.
